CUSTOM PLUSHIES FABRICS
Crystal Super Soft Fabric
It is the most commonly used plush fabric on the market, with a pile length ranging from 1mm to 5mm. It has an extremely soft texture, as soft and smooth as a baby’s skin. This fabric is suitable for making various toy products and baby toy items, and can be used for products with sizes ranging from 5cm to 200cm.
Stretchy Super Soft Fabric
Also known as Spandex Super Soft Fabric, it is an optimized version based on the texture of Crystal Super Soft Fabric. Visually, it looks very similar to Crystal Super Soft Fabric, but Spandex Super Soft Fabric feels softer and more comfortable to the touch, with great elasticity. Dolls made from this fabric have a very soft and fluffy texture. The pile length is relatively limited, usually ranging from 1mm to 1.5mm, and it is also suitable for small, medium and large-sized dolls.
Luminous Fabric
As the name suggests, it is a type of fabric that can glow at night. Under normal light during the day, it appears as a regular-colored fabric, but it quietly absorbs light and emits glow at night. Common variants include short plush, rabbit hair, and star-moon printed styles. Special materials and prints require customization.
Peach Velvet
It has a soft and smooth hand feel, mild colors, and strong decorative properties. Its velvet surface is close to the skin and comfortable to wear. It is also known by other names, including Seaweed Velvet, Rolled Velvet, Thatch Velvet, and Chrysanthemum Velvet.
Sailor Velvet
Although its hand feel is not as soft and fluffy as rabbit hair, it has the visual effect of long-pile velvet. It can replace long-pile velvet fabric for making small-sized dolls. The pile height has 3mm, 5mm, and 7mm options available.
Rose Velvet
It is named "Rose Velvet" because its appearance is spiral-shaped, resembling a rose flower.The characteristics of Rose Velvet include a comfortable hand feel, an elegant and noble look, easy washability, and excellent warmth retention.
PV Velvet
PV Velvet is a type of long-pile velvet, mainly made of polyester.According to the fabric's light-reflective properties, PV Velvet can be divided into two types: shiny and semi-shiny. Depending on different needs, its pile length has options ranging from 10mm to 50mm. The characteristics of PV Velvet are as follows: Skin-friendly, with a soft hand feel and fine texture. No lint shedding or pilling. Diverse styles, which have been recognized by the market.
Wheat Mink Fabric
Wheat mink is not real animal fur, but a chemical fiber simulated fabric. It is mostly made of polyester fiber as the raw material and produced through special processes such as napping and shearing. It has a soft and smooth touch, similar to the texture of mink fur, with good warmth retention. Additionally, it is not easy to shed hair, easy to care for, and its price is lower than that of real mink fur.
Lisi Velvet
Lis velvet is mostly made of polyester-nylon blended fabric or pure chemical fiber, and produced through processes such as brushing, napping, and heat-setting shearing. It has a soft, skin-friendly texture, is thick and warm, with bright colors and good wear resistance. However, it is prone to static electricity and creases (which are hard to remove), and may release lint or shed fibers during the first wash.
Rabbit Hair Fabric
It has a soft and fluffy hand feel like a cloud, with good warmth retention. The fabric has high density and a thick hair texture. This fabric is widely used for long-pile plush dolls. Its pile length usually has options of 8mm, 15mm, and 20mm, and it is suitable for making toys larger than 10cm.
Brushed Rabbit Hair Fabric
It has distinct layers, is easy to care for, and feels delicate without shedding. This fabric also features a unique, personalized style.
Pearl Velvet
It gets its name because its surface resembles tiny pearl particles. It has a smooth and delicate texture, along with excellent wrinkle resistance and shape retention. It is mostly used for making small plush dolls; for large-sized dolls, it tends to look relatively bare. It is most suitable for plush toys around 8–20cm in size.

Solid embroidery

Cloth embroidery
A type of embroidery, where one piece of fabric is attached to another piece of fabric for edging embroidery. It is generally used to create large-area embroidery effects. It can prevent the fabric from becoming stiff after embroidery. When the area is large, the cost is lower than that of actual embroidery.
Digital printing
A way of high temperature printing, the printing effect is bright in color, but pure cotton cloth and plush cloth can not use. General gradient, multi-color and full plate printing will choose this.
Screen printing
It also called ink printing, each color of screen printing needs to open the screen plate, so the proofing cost will be relatively high. However, the printing effect will be more clear, and the pattern is raised on the fabric. Generally, small font logo or pattern will choose the process of silk screen printing.

How can l get a sample to check your quality?
We’ll provide sample after you pay sample charge to us. The account is up to your samples, usually it is USD 50-200 per style, but if there are many embroideries or printing, and it is complex, the sample fee will behigher.
How long can l expect to get the sample?
At usual 5-7 days after receive the sample charge & design file.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Our producing capacity is 100.000pcs/month.
Mostly the production time is 30-35 days.
What's your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Paypal, or Westem Union, 30% deposit, 70% balance paid before loading.
