Bella was my representative for my order and l couldn’t be happier with the service. l’ve been making a large variety of different sorts of products with plush being one of the most complex items to begin to manufacture due to the 3d scale and different materials involved. l tend to be very serious with how much l vet my manufacturers and representatives for this very reason as it’s a stressful project to be managing but Bella has blown all of my expectations away with her positive attitude，communication style – most notably she described in detail on how she would pull off certain portions of the projects that l felt hesitant about. Bella has a very strong sense of knowledge and was able to execute everything flawlessly with just our first sample which is VERY hard to do and l am quite hard to please, but l couldn’t preach this experience any higher. l will always continue to work with Bella on more plush projects and hope you will too!

How can l get a sample to check your quality?
We’ll provide sample after you pay sample charge to us. The account is up to your samples, usually it is USD 50-200 per style, but if there are many embroideries or printing, and it is complex, the sample fee will behigher.
How long can l expect to get the sample?
At usual 5-7 days after receive the sample charge & design file.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Our producing capacity is 100.000pcs/month.
Mostly the production time is 30-35 days.
What's your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Paypal, or Westem Union, 30% deposit, 70% balance paid before loading.
Are my designs protected?
Yes! We are absolutely committed to ensuring that designs are safe and, as a bespoke platform, we protect the designs produced with us. This means that your style will not be produced for a third party. It also means that we reserve the right to reject work that we feel infringes the intellectual property rights of other designers.
I have tech packs, how can i make them?
Most of the design requirements in the technical package can be addressed directly through our platform. However, if the design lacks clarity, please send an email to info@gaopengtoy.com with your technical information. We will be happy to help you with your design.
